Shipping

Which countries do you deliver to?

At this moment we only deliver to France. For deliveries outside France, please contact our customer service.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders are shipped free of charge from €65. Below this amount, shipping costs are €10.45 for France and €7.5 for Belgium and the Netherlands.

How long does delivery take?

For deliveries in France, a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days applies.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow the status of your parcel in real time.

Can I choose a pick-up point instead of home delivery?

Yes, during the checkout process you can choose to have your order delivered to a nearby parcel point. This is convenient if you are not at home during the day.

What if I am not at home during delivery?

The courier will make a second delivery attempt or deposit the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. You will be notified by email or SMS.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact our customer service at info@erudite.health within 48 hours of receipt, preferably with photos of the damage. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Are expiry dates guaranteed?

Yes, we only ship products with a sufficiently long remaining shelf life. Products approaching their expiry date will not be dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original condition. This is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, opened nutritional supplements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How do I return a product?

Please first contact our customer service at info@erudite.health to initiate the return process. You will then receive instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal (changed your mind), the return costs are at your own expense. In the case of a defective product, manufacturing fault, or an error by erudite.health, we will cover all return costs.

How does the refund process work?

After receipt and inspection of the returned parcel, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
