Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal For online orders, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, starting the day after receipt of your order.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal? You must clearly communicate your withdrawal, preferably by email to info@erudite.health, stating your name, address, invoice number, and bank account number for the refund. You may also use the standard legal withdrawal form.
3. Returning products The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original (or equivalent) packaging to:

4. Refund erudite.health will refund all amounts received, including any applicable shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
5. Refund method The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to an alternative method.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. Specifically, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products:
- whose packaging has been opened, damaged, or soiled (unless the packaging was already in that condition upon delivery);
- whose expiration date has passed;
- whose label is damaged or has been written on.
7. Cancellations or issues with your order If you wish to cancel an order before shipping or delivery, please contact erudite.health as soon as possible. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, an incomplete order, or have not received your order at all without any notice from the courier, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately at info@erudite.health.
