Terms of service
The following terms and conditions apply to all products in the erudite.health range and to every purchase made through erudite.health.
All commercial transactions concluded with our customers are subject to these general terms and conditions. By visiting and consulting the erudite.health website, or by placing an order with erudite.health, the consumer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and is deemed to have accepted them.
This agreement sets out the contractual rules governing the use of the erudite.health webshop and any orders the user intends to place. Each visit to the website or order placed constitutes a new agreement.
Erudite.health reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Publication of any changes on the website serves as notification of such amendments. Continued use of the website will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
No other conditions (such as those of the buyer) shall apply unless erudite.health has explicitly agreed in writing to deviate from these terms.
By accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges that they have:
a) had the opportunity to read the agreement prior to acceptance b) had the opportunity to negotiate the content of each clause individually c) been able to print or save the terms and conditions
Definitions
Erudite.health — The webshop of erudite.health Global, located at Kortrijksesteenweg 1084/204, 9051 Ghent, Belgium.
Consumer — Any legally competent natural or legal person, over the age of 18, who places an order with erudite.health.
Products — All items offered in the erudite.health webshop.
Product pages — Pages containing information about a product offered for sale, including general information, composition, usage, and precautions.
Order — The consumer's request to enter into a sales agreement with erudite.health regarding the products offered.

Agreement
These terms and conditions govern the use of the erudite.health webshop and the placement of orders. By visiting the website or placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms.
These terms are the sole terms applicable to quotes, orders, and purchases. The consumer acknowledges that their own general or specific (purchasing) conditions shall never apply, unless erudite.health has agreed in writing in advance to deviate from these terms.
Any ambiguity or situation not explicitly covered by these terms shall be assessed in accordance with the general spirit of the agreement.
Previous deviations from strict compliance with these terms do not grant the consumer the right to deviate from them in the future. These terms remain in force at all times.
Erudite.health recommends that consumers regularly review the latest version of the terms and conditions on the website to stay informed of any changes.
Consumer
The consumer agrees not to share their personal login credentials with any third party in order to prevent misuse.
Erudite.health may impose additional identification measures at any time. If unauthorized or prohibited use is detected, erudite.health reserves the right to delete the consumer's account, without prejudice to the right to claim damages.
Products
Erudite.health offers a range of natural, high-quality nutritional supplements, all available without a prescription. Consumers are always required to carefully read all precautionary information and additional details provided with each product.
All products are developed in collaboration with medical and pharmaceutical professionals, using only natural and predominantly standardized raw materials of pharmaceutical quality, all scientifically supported. Production processes comply with the strictest standards (GMP and ISO 22000/HACCP), ensuring complete safety of use.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may show minor variations. Consumers should always refer to the manufacturer's information on or inside the packaging.
Offers and Quotes
All offers are non-binding unless a specific acceptance deadline is stated. Each offer is valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn by erudite.health at any time.
Offers are available exclusively to consumers residing in Belgium, unless otherwise stated.
Erudite.health reserves the right to refuse orders, adjust delivery timelines, or make other changes to an offer without stating a reason.
While the website is compiled with the greatest possible care, information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain inaccuracies. Erudite.health cannot be held liable for typographical or factual errors.

Pricing
All product prices displayed to consumers include VAT. Shipping and other additional costs are not included in product listings and will be shown separately on the order confirmation, where the consumer can find the final total.
Erudite.health is entitled to adjust prices at any time. However, products are invoiced at the prices applicable at the time the order is registered.
For deliveries outside Belgium, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other local charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Erudite.health cannot be held liable for such costs.
Retention of Title
Erudite.health retains ownership of all goods until full payment has been received. However, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery of the goods.
Payment
The purchase is completed once the consumer receives a confirmation email from erudite.health. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout, within fourteen days of the invoice date and without any deductions.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to interest of 1.25% per month from the due date, applied automatically and without prior notice.
In the event of full or partial non-payment by the due date, the outstanding balance will automatically be increased by 12% (with a minimum of €62.00 per invoice) as a fixed penalty for extrajudicial costs, without prior notice. Failure to pay an invoice within 30 days renders all subsequent invoices immediately due and payable.
Delivery
An order is final once erudite.health has confirmed it and full payment, including shipping costs, has been received via the designated payment method.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of confirmation. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the consumer will be notified.
Ownership of the order transfers to the consumer once it is handed over to the chosen courier service. Deliveries are handled primarily by GLS.
In the event of a delayed delivery, the consumer may not claim compensation from erudite.health or the carrier.
Upon receipt, the consumer must inspect the goods for completeness and condition. Any discrepancies, damage, or missing items must be reported to erudite.health immediately by email.
If delivery is attempted multiple times without success, the package will be returned to erudite.health. The consumer will be notified and will bear any additional costs for re-delivery, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who have placed an online order may withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after delivery of the goods to the consumer or a designated third party.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and must return products undamaged and in their original packaging to:

within 30 days of withdrawal.
If the goods are returned within the stated period and in undamaged condition, erudite.health will refund the purchase amount, minus an administrative fee of €5.00.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit an unambiguous declaration (preferably by email) to: info@erudite.health, or by using the return form available on the website.
If the consumer wishes to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, they should contact erudite.health as soon as possible.
Warranty
Erudite.health can only guarantee reliable delivery of its products. No specific results can be guaranteed. Products are delivered in their original manufacturer's packaging, and the manufacturer is responsible for the quality and usability of the products.
All products offered by erudite.health are registered in Belgium in accordance with Belgian legislation. Erudite.health cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of delivery.
Erudite.health cannot be held liable for defects or consequences arising from improper use, incorrect storage, or use of a product past its expiration date.
Erudite.health cannot guarantee that the website is free from viruses or other harmful programs. Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement, and erudite.health accepts no responsibility for the content or safety of those websites.
Liability
Technical defects or incorrect information in the manufacturer's packaging insert are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Erudite.health cannot be held liable for the suitability or tolerability of products, or for any adverse effects resulting from their use.
Damage of any kind resulting from improper use of products, non-compliance with manufacturer instructions, or negligence cannot be attributed to erudite.health. Erudite.health is not responsible for minor errors or oversights that may persist despite the precautions taken in product descriptions.
Erudite.health cannot be held liable for any suspension, modification, or interruption of the website.
Intellectual Property
All content on the erudite.health website — including texts, images, videos, logos, product databases, software, trade names, and domain names — is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to erudite.health or third parties.
Without prior written consent from erudite.health, it is prohibited to modify, store (except for viewing purposes), publish, transmit, distribute, reproduce, sell, or transfer any such content or rights to third parties, under penalty of damages.
Severability
If any clause or part of a clause is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. All parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace any invalid clause with a valid equivalent.
If erudite.health suspends or terminates the agreement for any reason, it shall not be obliged to pay any compensation or costs to the consumer.
Electronic Communication
The consumer agrees that electronic communications between erudite.health and the consumer may be used as evidence.
Complaints
Any visible damage or quality defects must be reported to erudite.health immediately upon delivery.
The consumer should report any complaint regarding a product, service, or the manner in which it is offered as soon as possible, by means of an unambiguous declaration (in writing by post or email) to: info@erudite.health.
Governing Law
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or its content is governed by Belgian law, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods and the rules of private international law on applicable law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ghent, though both parties will make every effort to resolve matters amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and applicable.
