Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped? Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. After shipment, delivery takes a maximum of 3 business days. All packages are shipped through GLS.

Can I track my package? Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your order at any time.

When will my order be delivered? Deliveries within Belgium typically take place the day after collection by the courier, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Deliveries to France take 2 to 3 days after collection by the courier. Deliveries to the Netherlands take 1 to 2 days after collection.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery? The courier will first attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor. If this is not possible, you will receive a Track ID so you can follow your package, and a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. You can also set up a power of attorney to allow delivery in your absence.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs are €10.50 per package for France, and €7.60 per package for the Netherlands and Belgium. If the total order value (including VAT, excluding discounts) exceeds €65.00, erudite.health will cover the shipping costs in full. If the final amount after applying discounts falls below €65.00, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
